Up to £10 = £2.00
Up to £20 = £4.00
Up to £30 = £6.00
Up to £50 = £8.00
Over £50 Post & Packing is Free.

We endeavour to dispatch all items within 3 working days (usually next day) unless otherwise stated. All items are sent via standard UK 1st Class Post. If you have not received your items within 7 working days you should contact us using the contact form stating your name, order reference, address, and details of the items you have ordered. Should you require a more urgent delivery or special courier delivery please contact us and we will be happy to provide a quote. Goods will only be dispatched when payment has cleared (payments usually clear immediately with Paypal unless paying by Echeque which can take up to 10 days).
Postage
All postage and packing rates are for delivery to UK mainland only. Please use the ‘Contact’ form for rates to all areas/country’s outside of the UK mainland.
Your Order
Discrepancies or damaged goods must be notified to us with 3 days of receipt so please check your order as soon as it arrives.
The Environment
Wherever possible we use recycled or recyclable packaging materials and would request that our customers dispose of any packaging in an environmentally friendly way.
All disputes and complaints will be dealt with strictly under the law applying to the UK mainland. |
